Concert 2: May 16 & 17: Showcasing our new timpani in a concerto especially composed for the orchestra by Robert Oetomo, as well as the Barber Adagio for Strings and Sibelius’ Symphony No. 1 (cancelled)
Concert 3: July 4 & 5 ‘Fairy Tales’: The William Tell Overture, Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake Suite, & the Butterfly Lovers’ Concerto with soloist Anny Bing Xia (cancelled)
Concert 4: Sep 5 & 6 A feast of Beethoven, featuring audience favourite Greg Kinda playing the Emperor Concerto, as well as the birthday boy’s 1st Symphony and Glinka’s frenetic Overture to Ruslan and Lyudmila. (cancelled)
